Sony Cyber-Shot DSCW810 20.1MP Digital Camera
Lightweight and compact, the silver Cyber-shot DSC-W810 Digital Camera from Sony is a point and shoot that features a 20.1 megapixel 1/2.3" Super HAD CCD sensor for considerable image quality and a professional Sony 6x optical zoom lens with a 35mm equivalent focal length of 26-156mm providing you with a diverse wide-angle to telephoto shooting range. A bright 2.7" Clear Photo LCD 230k-dot monitor allows you to clearly view your photos and high-quality 720p HD videos. For more zoom, a 12x digital zoom function doubles the camera's reach and Sony's SteadyShot Image Stabilization with Active Mode compensates for camera shake to help provide clearer images with minimal blur and low noise, even while you stroll around. For shooting at an even wider angle, try the 360˚ Sweep Panorama, which allows you to press the shutter button and sweep your camera around to gather in your entire landscape and take many high-resolution images and automatically combine them into one photograph. Taking pictures has never been easier. Use the camera's Easy Mode for simplifying your menu and Party Mode to take bright and clear indoor shots in low light. To avoid missing those smiling faces in your shots, simply turn on Smile Shutter Technology, which takes a picture whenever a smile is detected, based on your preferences. For convenient charging, a USB cable is available with the camera allowing you to charge your device right from your computer.

Let me just say that I sell clothing on Ebay and struggle all the time to get the right photo that shows off clothing details and that has enough lighting or not too much lighting either. This camera gives really sharp photos excellent details shows off seams buttons ect. Love it, I have had more expensive sony touch screen ones and have never had one like this one.
Look else where! By AshleyK
I was really excited to get this camera. I really wanted a decent camera to take pictures of my last baby. With my older son my computer was stolen and I lost every single one of his baby pictures. WIth my daughter it was really important to me to document all of her babyhood. I saved up the money to buy this camera. For anything over a hundred dollars you would epect halfway decent pictures. NOT!! Always fuzzy and grainy. In certain lighting the camera self adjusts and the pictures are almost colorless. It takes so long to actually take the picture that the moment is lost and blurry. I have tried every setting on this thing. I have looked up tips and tricks. NOTHING WORKS. I just end up frustrated and wanting to throw it away. But I cant replace it and I guess blurry flip phone quality photos are all that I will have with this camera. DO NOT BUY!!! Save your self time and grief!!
COULDN'T BE EASIER FOR THIS GRANDMA By PICFANATIC
MY SON BOUGHT MY A SONY CAMERA YEARS AGO AND AFTER TAKING THOUSANDS OF PICS IT FINALLY HAS GOTTEN SLOW BUT THIS ONE IS ALMOST LIKE IT AND SO FAR THE SIMPLICITY OF OPERATION AND THE HIGH QUALITY OF THE PICTURES IT TAKES MAKES ME NOT MISS THE OTHER ONE SO MUCH. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS CAMERA
Disappointing Camera. By Dccradio
I was given a W810 as a birthday present. I was excited because I've had two Sony cameras in the past that have done very well for me. After taking about 30 pictures with the camera in auto setting, I wouldn't say any of the photos were good. All of them were grainy/pixelated and the colors were off. Most of the photos I took were blurry. I have been taking digital photos for years with point and click cameras. My photos have been published using my older Sony cameras. This camera wouldn't even be a good kid's camera in my opinion. I am very disappointed and we took the camera back to the store for a refund. The photo attached was taken with the camera of a light red colored rose. As you can tell the color is way off, and this was one of the best pictures it took.
This is the worst camera I've ever used... By Ryan
This is seriously the worst camera I've ever used. I bought this camera telling myself that by now, with phones being as good as they are, all these cameras have to be able to take good pictures. And since I didn't need any of the fancy options like WiFi or fancy video I thought I'd save a buck and buy this one. What a mistake...almost every photo comes out blurry and if there is anything but perfect lighting conditions the camera adjusts itself and ruins the picture no matter what setting you use. The display screen is so small you can't tell how bad the photos are until you see them on the computer. I spent better part of an hour reading, watching videos and adjusting every setting and option to help correct the problem but at the end of the day the answer was staring me in the face: this camera is JUNK. I have owned several cameras up to this one and this is the only one that has ever been a problem. I don't understand how anyone gave this camera a good review. Save your $89 and put it towards the cost of a decent camera.
