This Tru-Spec H2O parka is the exterior layer of the ECWCS system, a weather-proof barrier.This parka has a special three-layer construction with micropores that provides waterproof, windproof insulation and protection against the elements while allowing ventilation and evaporation designed to help keep you from overheating during exertion or getting cold and clammy afterwards.

The result is a surprisingly light weight jacket that is excellent for keeping you warm, especially if you go from active to inactive and vice versa.This ECWCS Generation 2 Parka has the following features: a 3 layer windproof, waterproof, breathable material and Rollable hood that stores in collar.

Sleeve pockets allow for sewn-on patches, Nylon reinforced elbows and a Drawstring waist with cord lock. Adjustable sleeve cuffs, Hidden map pocket and Non-freezing two way zipper. It also includes a Double storm flap and Insignia/badge loop on front placket.
