At the end of your exercise, the FT1 displays a training summary that includes the duration of your workout along with your average and maximum heart rate. Includes the T31 coded transmitter that is individually coded to pick up your heart rate monitor and not others nearby, eliminating any cross-over during group exercise or when there are several training computers in the same area.
