If you have a balance, your plan will convert to Pay As You Go for 30 day increments with $3/mo. for 30 voice min. or SMS messages. After your balance is depleted, your account is suspended. Pay As You Go: Service available for 30 days after activation/refill/conversion; then account is suspended.

If you have a balance, your plan will resume for 30 days with 30 voice min. or SMS messages. After this 30-day period, your account is suspended. If funds available, additional minutes/messages @ $0.10/minute or message.

Data Passes: Passes do not include voice or messaging. Partial megabytes rounded up. Service available for time/usage amount provided by pass. Day is 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., based on time zone associated with your phone number.

If call spans multiple days (e.g., from 11:58 p/m/ to 12:05 a.m.), you may be charged the daily rate for each day. Service Changes or Renewals: When you switch between plant options or renew a monthly plan, features or credits associated with your prior plan option will no longer be available, and you are not able to switch back to some plan options.

Some plan options will not allow early renewal. General Terms: $15 Sim starter kit may be required. Sufficient balance required to use service. Domestic use only; additional charges apply for international use where available.

Calls rated on a per-minute basis. Partial minutes/megabytes rounded up. Some plan options include specified data speeds. Where indicated, full speeds available up to data allotment (with a maximum speed of 8 Mbps on Simply Prepaid option); then slowed to up to 2G speeds for balance of service period.

Certain uses, e.g., some speed test apps, may not count against high-speed data allotment or have speeds reduced after allotment reached. Data roaming only available for the $40, $50, $60, $70 and $80 monthly plans.

Roaming and on-network data allotments differ: 1 GB full-speed plan includes 10 MB roaming; 3 GB and Unlimited 4G full-speed plans and limited 5 GB Smartphone Mobile HotSpot feature include 50 MB roaming; 5 GB full-speed plan includes 100MB roaming.

Simply Prepaid option does not include tethering. Some plan options do not permit use of features after included amounts are depleted.
